To get an ARC access code:

1. Take RFI's one-hour introductory class on crowdsourced forecasting.
2. Sign up to become an RFI forecaster.
   - When signing up, make sure to use your RAND email address and select a username other than your real name.

Once you have done both, you will receive a passcode to access ARC.

NOTE: ARC should only be used with public data and publicly releasable information. ARC is currently configured to connect to OpenAI's GPT-4o. As such, it should not be used for RAND-sensitive or CUI information. Please be sure to follow RAND policies on the use of non-RAND LLMs in the data protection matrix on IS's data protection website. ARC can also be pointed at other LLMs, and there are plans to leverage RAND Chat and RAND Chat for Government in the near future to enable the inclusion of RAND-sensitive and CUI content.
